RETURNS
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to notify us that you wish to return your online purchase. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 calendar days to send the goods back.
We include a sample with each perfume so you can discover the fragrance before opening the full-size bottle. Please use the sample to try the perfume. You may keep the sample when returning your order.
To arrange a return, email info@smiroli.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide return instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Returns from Spain are free when arranged through the procedure we provide.
For returns from other countries, the customer pays the direct return shipping costs.
If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrect, please contact us. Smiroli will cover the necessary return shipping costs.
CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS
Please pack the items securely, preferably using their original packaging.
Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons cannot be returned once unsealed after delivery. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or incorrect.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal notification. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of dispatch, whichever occurs first.
For a full-order withdrawal, the refund includes the original standard delivery charge.
